We are notifying all patients who were registered with our office between June 1, 2023, and August 17, 2024, of a ransomware attack that occurred on August 20, 2024.
Why You Are Receiving This NoticeAs a result of this attack, we regret to inform you that we have lost access to all patient-related information, including personal details (such as names, addresses, contact information, and emails), as well as dental billing information (including dental insurance details). Additionally, we have lost all dental records for patients registered within the specified timeframe. Unfortunately, as we do not have direct contact information for all affected patients, we are issuing this public notice to ensure that you are informed.
